Pradeep Thacker has all the three advantages of coming from a traditional business family, high education and immense experience.
Mr Thacker belongs to a business family which has been operating in Odisha since the 1950s.
After completing schooling at St Mary’s School in 1984, Pradeep Thacker did his under graduation and graduated in commerce from BJB College, the finest Commerce College in the state. He was amongst the top 10 students in the commercial stream in the entire Utkal University.
After his graduation, he did his post-graduation in business management from XIMB, the best management school in the state. He was the topper in the finance stream in his batch.
After completion of his PGDM, he took a year’s training in XEROX CORPORATION as an FPAE Financial Planning and Analysis Executive.
Since 1991, he has been heading the family business. The group has varied interests including mining, retail sales and real estate. The group has permeated its area of operations in retail sales like the sales of HERO two-wheelers, KOMATSU and in making heavy earth-moving machinery. Additionally, forayed into mining operations like removing the overburden of more than 2 Lacs CuM / Month and crushing operations to produce more than 1 lac MT of crushed minerals and real estate. In the last two decades, more than 35 projects have been successfully delivered to customers.
Mr Sanjay Bansal is 48 years old and has been a longtime resident at BB/10 civil township. He has been in business for the last 32 years after completing his graduation in commerce. He is the chairman of JP hospital, a 300 bedded multi-speciality hospital at Rourkela. He has been in the real estate environment since 2009. He has completed many projects in Rkl, Bbsr and Jsg. He has been instrumental in operating in the mining and metallurgy sector and is supremely well acquainted with customer service and technical sound.

CA. Gourav Kumar Jindal is a fellow of the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
He also has a commerce degree from B.J.B. (Auto) College in Bhubaneswar. With his extensive knowledge of taxation and finance, he has successfully handled numerous statutory audits, tax audits, departmental audits, and client assessments.
His real estate expertise has assisted many clients in complying with the most recent taxation and GST laws. He is actively involved with Khushi Realcon Private Limited and handles all of the organization’s strategic financial decisions.
Mr Avijit Datta is a B.Tech, PGDBA from IIT-Kgp and has 29+ yrs. of A2Z value expertise in large Infrastructural & Real Estate Construction Projects. He is a Fellow & Chartered Engineer, and boasts the positions of IBBI Registered Valuer, IGBC-AP, Empanelled Structural Engineer (ESE) & Licensed Building Surveyor (LBS) under his belt. Mr Datta is known as the ‘master executioner of projects’ well-equipped with an enviable knowledge bank. Leadership is an innate value for him which he implements while motivating and training people. He also pens comprehensive books & blogs to bridge the gap between academia and industry.
